We're here for the ordinary days
Couple Nest is a small team with one conviction: relationships aren't kept alive by grand gestures. They're kept alive on Tuesdays.
Our mission is to help two people keep finding their way back to each other, one small moment at a time.
Couple Nest started with an observation that wouldn't go away: most relationships don't drift apart in dramatic scenes. They drift in quiet increments. The small stories stop getting told. "How was your day" starts getting one-word answers. Two people share a sofa, a streaming queue, and a bed, and somehow still miss each other.
Nothing is broken in those moments. Nobody needs fixing. What's usually missing is something far smaller than couples fear: a question that hasn't been asked in a while, a note in a coat pocket, twenty minutes with the phones in another room.
So that's what we make. Everything we publish is grounded in relationship psychology, the kind researchers have spent decades on, and then translated into the language people actually use at home. No lectures, no homework, no treating your relationship like a project. Just small, true things about everyday love, and one small way back to each other.
Small over grand
A tiny question after dinner can do more than a perfect date that took three weeks to plan. We will always choose the small thing you'll actually do over the impressive thing you won't.
Nobody is broken
We don't write about red flags and fixes. Most couples don't need repairing; they need noticing. Our job is to make staying close feel lighter, never like work.
Warm, not clinical
The psychology is real and we take it seriously. The jargon stays at the door. If a sentence wouldn't survive being said across a kitchen table, we don't publish it.
What we make
Right now, Couple Nest is a growing library of guides: questions for couples, love notes worth stealing, date ideas sorted by the energy you actually have, and honest writing about the harder seasons too. All of it free, all of it written for couples aged twenty-something and up, together or long distance.
Our relationship guides and activities are shaped by S. Aliakbar, who studies established relationship research and translates it into practical ideas for everyday life together.
And quietly, behind the scenes, we're making something more. If you'd like to be there when it arrives, leave your email below. That's all we'll say for now.
Be one of the first couples in the nest
